President #Paul #Kagame has ordered door to door free distribution of food to Rwandans and people living in Rwanda to announce other concessions like free Energy (Electricity) Officials will move house by house to conduct equal distribution under his direct supervision to avoid favoritism. #iLoveRwanda🇷🇼💕
